The date is Saturday 27th October and tickets cost £9 in advance from Dersingham Post Office, or £10 on the door. That includes some hot food and there will be a licensed bar. Don’t miss it, get your tickets now!

Our Opening Week Events!

Village Centre LogoYes, we’re opening the new Dersingham Village Centre soon and there will be a celebratory week long series of events. Kicking it all off will be Open House on Saturday 20th October, 11.00am – 4.00pm. Borough Mayor Cllr Nick Daubney will be in attendance, and there will be an Activities Market Place where you can find out all about the various courses and activities that will be taking place in the new Centre and how you can join them! Refreshments will be available throughout the day, so pop it in your diary – Saturday 20th October.

During the week following the opening there will be a rolling programme of events and you’ll be able to drop into the new Centre, have a look round and maybe a cuppa at the pop-up cafe. More details soon.

3rd prize, number 70 winning £11.25

Village Cinema

Before long the Village Cinema will be moving to its new home, in the Dersingham Village Centre. Films will be screened on the last Tuesday of each month and we’ll tell you when the move takes place. Meanwhile, there is a pressing need for a few more volunteers to help with the projection of the films. No lumping of great big reels these days, just pop in a DVD, but somebody still has to do it. See the poster here for all the details – at least you’ll get to see the films for free!
