New Pilates, Stretch and Well-being Classes

It’s hardly surprising that classes to improve your fitness are always popular, particularly after Christmas and New Year! One of our fitness tutors, Elke, has a range of new classes for the New Year, both regular weekly courses and drop-in sessions.  Starting the week beginning 7th January 2019, these classes will be held in the Main Hall of the Village Centre and are all 45 minutes in duration.
