We know many of you might be disappointed to have missed being able to come to your usual exercise class whilst the Dersingham Village Centre pauses during lock-down, which is why now is an amazing time to plan and get involved with Elke’s live online “Slinky Stretch Mat Class”.

Elke is a local resident and a long standing Dersingham Village Centre user and volunteer. As a certified, insured and qualified teacher of the Body Control Pilates method for over 18 years, Elke has gained a great following and reputation with emphasis on safety and precision. Her timetable has extended to help get you stretching and moving – live online!

The Slinky Stretch Mat Class has been carefully designed for all through this time, including teens and especially those that perhaps don’t usually attend the Pilates but fancy a good honest stretch whilst we manage ourselves and well-being during the lock-down.

You’ll gain better flexibility, strength through your abdominals and legs and feel looser whilst being guided and encouraged through the floor based exercises.

Combat feeling tight in your shoulders, back and neck, lift that mood and boost back some positive energy whilst creating a fabulous body!

(No bad backs please, pop back when it’s safe to do so).

Give yourself something to look forward to. You just need a mat, a small space to exercise, internet connection and laptop / tablet/device with webcam. This is a live streaming class so both can be seen.
