Regular existing classes resume Thursday 5th September at 10.00am, Monday 9th September at 1.00pm and Wednesday 11th September at 5.45pm in the Main Hall of the Centre.

Elke emphasises that Pilates is for both men and women and it’s the perfect way to improve strength, balance and flexibility. To book on to any of the classes, or for further information, contact Elke by emailing contrology8@gmail.com or phone 07971 440539.

August Lottery Draw

image of lottery drawThere are three prize winners each month in our Village Centre fundraising lottery and you might be one of them! But you have to be in it to win it, so if you’re not already subscribing to our fundraising Lottery, please go to the fundraising page on our website and sign up. It’s really important to keep the money rolling in, because there are still many additions and improvements that we want to make for the benefit of all users. Just in the last few weeks we have bought a new radio microphone, some additional staging and we are currently upgrading the window blinds to give a better experience at film screenings etc.

The August draw took place in the Centre on Tuesday 13th August, at the monthly Village Voice Live talk. The winning numbers were:

1st prize, number 19 winning £32.25
2nd prize, number 39 winning £21.50
3rd prize, number 22 winning £10.75
