Shop local this Christmas and support the Village Centre!

A Christmas Market will be held in the Centre this coming Friday 6th December between 6pm – 9pm.  There will be 30+ stalls with a mixture of crafts and small local businesses selling a variety of gifts, decorations and cards. There will also be Christmas carols, refreshments and a bar to add to the festive atmosphere. Don’t miss this exciting evening of retail therapy, with the added bonus of free admission and free parking!

The pop up bar will be serving alcohol and mulled wine and the café will be serving hot drinks, snacks and cakes. All profits from these will be going towards Village Centre fundraising.

The next of our regular monthly talks will be this coming Tuesday the 12th November.  It’s a talk with a difference because it will be given by local distiller Jason Crown. Jason runs WhataHoot gin distillery and he will be bringing some samples for tasting! However, he will also be talking about the history of gin and how it’s made. If you enjoy the tasting there will be gin to buy, so if you like a G&T it might be time to stock up for Christmas. Cheers! The talk will begin at 7.30pm and tickets cost £5 on the door. There will be an interval when tea, coffee and cake will be served and a prize raffle will be drawn. Your refreshments and raffle are included in the ticket price.

The famous Rock Choir are coming to the Village Centre and they’re coming soon, on Sunday 17th November at 2.30pm. Singing Pop, Rock and other Chart Hits the choir will be raising money for the Park House Companions charity, which raises funds to help disabled people enjoy a holiday at Park House, Sandringham.

Help this worthy cause and enjoy a terrific concert! Tickets are £7.50 and you can get them by emailing parkhousecompanions@gmail.com
